Delivery charges are always confirmed with you before your order is accepted.
Delivery time
Delivery estimates may occasionally change because of courier delays, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control. If that happens, we'll keep you updated.
Dispatch and tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll message you. Where our delivery partner provides tracking, we'll share the tracking details with you.
Your delivery details
Please make sure your name, full address, PIN code and phone number are correct. If a parcel can't be delivered because of incorrect details or no one being available, we'll contact you to arrange next steps.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with a photo of the pack and your order details. See Cancellation & refunds.
